Galleries are typically delivered in 8-12 weeks, depending on season and wedding coverage. When able they will be delivered early. Every images is hand edited to maintain a consistent and quality gallery that fully reflects your special day.

I typically open bookings 9-12 months in advance. Popular dates often book in advance, so I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Any location within a 25 mile radius from Evoke Photo Company's home base is included in the wedding collection. Anything beyond 25 miles is subject to a travel fee. Destination weddings require additional lodging and travel coverage.

Although every wedding day is unique, you can expect approximately 50 images per hour of coverage. However, that is the minimum and you may receive more!

All final images are carefully hand edited for color, exposure, and overall finish. Minor blemishes and distractions are corrected when appropriate, while still preserving authentic moments and natural appearance. Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files through a private online gallery in both color and black and white.

A signed contract and a 25% non refundable retainer are required in order to reserve a wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding.

Yes! Engagement sessions can be added to any collection and are a great way to connect before your wedding day!

For wedding day coverage over 6 hours or days with demanding timelines, I do recommend adding one! A second photographer adds additional coverage and perspectives and allows for us to be in two places at once. This is especially helpful for large wedding parties or when getting ready at separate locations. A second photographer can be added to any collection and is included in the Heirloom collection package.

RAW files are not available, as they are unfinished images that do not represent the final quality, editing style, or overall experience my work is intended to provide. All delivered images are personally hand edited and thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive final gallery and delivered as JPEG files.
